- allowed access to buffer outside the cities – now you can buff anywhere!
- buffs duration are kept to 20 minutes, but you can use’em without premium… so win-win
- Oracle Teleporter – in some specific conditions Rift teleporter couldn’t teleport back character to the city – fixed

- Drops issue fix (might cause server to f.kup)
